Time Travelers - Not just a day trip but a trip through time! We'll visit different decades, centuries, the future and anywhere our imaginations can take us! This week will be all over the world, space and time.

Age/Group Restrictions
If your child is entering JK or SK in September 2025, they should be registering in the 4&5 (JK/SK) Camp Programs/Groups.
If your child is entering Grades 1-7 in September 2025, they should be registering in the 6-12 (Gr 1-7) Programs/Camp Groups,

Payment Details:
$50.00 Non Refundable Deposit due at time of booking. Remaining fees due on or before May 9, 2025
If you are applying for BGC Child Care Fee Assistance Programs, the City of Kingston Child Care Subsidy Program or Prince Edward Lennox & Addington (PELASS) ensure you are choosing the “APPLYING FOR SUBSIDY” option at checkout out. Please then proceed to reach out to your site specific contact (listed on our website) and request the paperwork and application. If subsidy is not approved, you will have the option to immediately pay the $50 non-refundable deposit per week and the remainder by due dates or completely withdraw.

If you are requesting Inclusion Support for your child, please ensure you are reviewing all the information both below and on our summer camp page on our website. Upon checkout, choose APPLYING FOR INCLUSION under fee type (with approval from BGC that there is available support) with the 1:1 “Add on” also being selected if your child requires 1:1 support.

If you are applying for both subsidy and inclusion support, please choose the fee type “APPLYING FOR SUBSIDY+INCLUSION” and select the 1:1 “Add on” if your child requires 1:1 support.

Drop off and Pick Up Times:
SUMMER CAMP HOURS: 8:00am-5:00pm. The earliest drop-off is 8:00am and all children must be picked up by 5:00pm. **Please note that you may be required to provide Photo ID at pick up, please ensure you have this with you each day.

Health Screening and Safety Measures:
Your child should stay home if they are experiencing symptoms of respiratory and/or G.I illness.

**Summer Camp Lunches & Snacks
A daily snack and lunch on Fridays all will be included in the base registration fee. An optional lunch program is being offered Mon-Thurs at a cost of $30 a week fee ($22.50 for 4 day a week).If you are interested in purchasing lunches for your child, please select the add on for Lunches when selecting your fee choice in registration. The menu for the week will be sent via email.
If your child is bringing their own lunch, all items (Lunch pail, containers etc.) must be labelled with the child’s first AND last name and must be peanut/tree nut free.

Allergies/Medical Conditions/Behavioral Supports
If you have indicated on your registration form that your child; has an allergy/ dietary restriction, a medical condition/needs, requires medication during the hours of program, or has a physical/behavioral diagnoses or condition, please visit the “Forms” tab on our website (www.bgcsoutheast.ca) and complete the applicable form. The completed form should then be submitted to the camp location where your child is registered. (Contact info listed on the website Summer Camp page). Failure to provide the required information/form can result in loss of space/your child being unable to attend the program/camp.

Inclusion/Behaviour Support
If your child requires 1:1 support in a camp setting, Parents/Guardians are required to reach out to the Program Inclusion and Behavioral Support Team (inclusion@bgcoutheast.ca) PRIOR to registering to inquire if there are support services available for your preferred location/week(s).

Although we may be able to offer some support services for children who require 1:1 support, please note, we have a very limited capacity to support new children to our support roster this summer, depending on the week and/or location required/requested.

Additional Program Information:
We ask that you limit sending extra materials (bags) with your children. Children are not permitted to bring toys or other personal items from home. The only things required for program are:
- A reusable labelled water bottle
- Socks for the Jungle Gym
- Please pack a bathing suit and towel as children will be swimming daily.
- Shoes that are appropriate for physical activity (we discourage flip flops or shoes with no strap on the ankle that could fall off easily)
-An extra change of clothes (if required for younger children)
- Children will be going to the park once a week, please pack a hat and sunscreen.
