DO NOT REGISTER IN THIS PROGRAM UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED TO BY READING CLINIC STAFF. If you register and pay the deposit and have not been invited to, your registration will be cancelled and you may not get your fees back.

This registration is for Summer 2025 WRITING sessions. The reading sessions are a separate program.

You will be picking ONE time slot (ie 8am) This is the time slot that your child will attend EVERY WEEKDAY from Wed July 2 till Friday August 1. Sessions are 45 minutes long. Your child will come once a day at the time you have picked for a total of 23 sessions. The summer series is a full 23 sessions and cannot be cut in half/reduced.

You will answer a question about whether you want on-line or in person sessions.

Virtual sessions will be held fully online. In-Person sessions will be held at 1300 Bath Rd in the BGC Southeast main location next to Value Village.

The total cost of summer session is $1380 ($60 x 23 sessions). Summer Session balances are to be paid in full by June 2nd.

Fees can be paid the following ways:
a) online through your Recdesk account with a major credit card, Visa-Debit cards do not work (please note there is a 2% processing fee for online payments),

b) over the phone by calling the main front desk of our NEW location - BGC Southeast West End (613) 507-3306 ext. 100 between the hours of 8:00am and 4pm Monday to Friday,

c) In person at the main front desk of our NEW location BGC Southeast West End 1300 Bath Rd. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Failure to pay by June 2nd may result in loss of your space.

Students with Overdue Fees will need to have paid off their balance, or be making consistent, on-time payment toward a payment plan before the Summer Fees Due date of June 2nd, in order to maintain their space in the summer session.
